By browsing the Site, creating an account, submitting a custom-order request, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Payment Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Site or place an order.

3. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must be at least the age of legal majority in your state or province of residence to place an order. If you are using the Site on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on that person’s or organization’s behalf.

4. Products, Descriptions, and Availability
406 Worx Store offers a mix of custom-made, personalized, handcrafted, vintage, one-of-a-kind, and ready-to-ship merchandise. We aim to display descriptions, dimensions, colors, materials, and photographs as accurately as reasonably possible. However, display settings and lighting conditions may affect how colors appear on your device.
Handcrafted and custom items may have minor variations in print placement, color saturation, texture, or finish. Vintage and pre-owned items may show age-related features such as wear, fading, patina, or minor imperfections. When these features are accurately described or shown, they are part of the product’s character and do not constitute a defect.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue an item, correct a listing error, or decline an order when reasonably necessary. If we must cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
5. Custom and Personalized Products
For custom or personalized items, you are responsible for reviewing all information submitted with your order, including spelling, names, dates, artwork, colors, sizing, and shipping details. You represent that you own or have obtained all required rights and permissions for any artwork, image, text, logo, or other content you provide.
Once a custom item enters production, it cannot be changed, cancelled, returned, or exchanged for a preference-based reason. If the completed item differs from the approved order details due to our confirmed production error, please contact us promptly. Your rights and our obligations for such an issue are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
By submitting content for a custom order, you grant 406 Worx Store a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that content only to create, fulfill, support, and document your order. You retain ownership of content that you lawfully submit.
6. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless we clearly state otherwise. By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the full order total, including applicable taxes and shipping costs, to your selected payment method.
We may correct pricing, product-description, or availability errors. If a correction affects an order you have placed, we may cancel the order and refund any payment received, or contact you with an opportunity to confirm the corrected information where appropriate.
Payment methods, payment authorization, taxes, fraud review, and refunds are governed by our Payment Policy.
7. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping methods, costs, estimated delivery timeframes, tracking, and delivery issues are governed by our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, cancellation, replacements, and refund handling are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Please read those policies carefully before placing an order. Custom and personalized items, vintage items, and other final-sale merchandise are subject to the specific return limitations described in the Return & Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product images, artwork created by or licensed to 406 Worx Store, design elements, and software, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, or exploit Site materials without our prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of, or a license to use, our trademarks, logos, branding, or other proprietary materials except as expressly stated.
9. Accounts and Customer Information
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, billing, and shipping information. You must promptly update information that changes so we can process orders and contact you if necessary.
10. Reviews, Feedback, and User Submissions
If you submit a review, comment, feedback, photograph, or other content outside the custom-order process, you represent that it is truthful, accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. You must not submit content that is misleading, defamatory, abusive, infringing, or unlawful.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that submission for operating, marketing, and improving our business, unless you and we agree otherwise in writing. We may remove or decline to publish submissions that violate these Terms or applicable law.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to third-party websites, social platforms, payment providers, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, security, or availability of those third-party services. 12. Disclaimer of Warranties
