This website is operated by 406 Worx Store, a brand owned and managed by We Can Custom LLC, a registered entity operating in the United States.

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to 406 Worx Store. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By accessing our website, browsing content, or placing an order, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

Section 1 – Eligibility & Website Use

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of legal majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of legal majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Section 2 – Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Note: 406 Worx Store specializes in custom-made apparel and personalized items. Many of our products are created individually based on your specific requirements.

  • Production Process: For custom items, we do not maintain ready-made inventory; every item is created specifically for your order.
  • Modifications: Once a custom order enters the production phase, modifications or cancellations are not permitted.
  • Customer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of uploaded designs, sizes selected, and shipping information provided at the time of checkout.

Section 3 – Product Accuracy & Variations

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Slight variations in print placement and color saturation are inherent to certain printing processes (such as sublimation) and shall not be considered manufacturing defects. Furthermore, vintage items may have minor imperfections that are part of their character and history, as detailed in our product descriptions.

Section 4 – Pricing & Payment Security

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your full financial data on our servers.

Section 5 – Returns & Replacements

Our return and replacement procedures are governed by our official Return & Refund Policy.

As detailed in that policy, returns for custom-made items are generally not accepted for a change of mind or incorrect size choice made by the customer. We provide free replacements or refunds for manufacturing defects or errors caused by our production team. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

Section 6 – User Content & Intellectual Property

When you submit designs, images, or other content for custom orders, you guarantee that you own the rights to such content or have the appropriate permissions to use it. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

All materials on this site, including branding, website code, text, graphics, logos, and curated designs, are the property of 406 Worx Store and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

In no case shall 406 Worx Store, our parent company (We Can Custom LLC), our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product.
