Refund and Returns Policy

At 406 Worx Store, we value your business and strive for complete satisfaction. This policy outlines our terms for returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure a transparent shopping experience at our Kalispell store and online. We have designed this policy to be clear, fair, and fully compliant with industry standards.
1. Order Cancellation
We process orders quickly to get your unique items to you as soon as possible. You may cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of purchase. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at support@406worx.com or call +1 (406) 607-0144 with your order number. Once the 24-hour window has passed, orders are sent to fulfillment and can no longer be cancelled.
2. Returns & Eligibility
Due to the unique nature of our custom and vintage apparel, we accept returns primarily for Manufacturer Errors or Product Defects. We want to ensure that every item you receive meets our high standards of quality.
Return Window: All return requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery for online orders, or within 14 days of purchase for in-store transactions.
Qualifying Issues for Return
We accept returns for the following specific issues:
- Sizing Error: The item received does not match the size selected at checkout.
- Incorrect Item: You received a different product than what was ordered.
- Defects: Visible damage, misprints, or seam issues that were not disclosed in the product description.
Note: Returns for personal preference, style changes, or fit issues (where the size matches the order) are generally not accepted for vintage items sold “as-is” or for custom-made products.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

3. Shipping & Costs for Returns
We strive to make the return process as smooth as possible. The responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return.
For defective items or errors on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. 406 Worx Store covers all shipping costs for confirmed errors. For any other authorized returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and assumes the risk of loss or damage during transit.

4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 1 to 5 business days for our team to inspect the product and verify its condition.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. For cash purchases made in-store, store credit or an alternative electronic payment will be arranged. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 3 to 7 business days for the refunded funds to appear in your account.
5. Product Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If a manufacturer error or defect is confirmed, we will ship a replacement product at no cost to you. If the specific item is out of stock or unavailable, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
6. Vintage Item Considerations
Vintage garments and items often show minor signs of age and wear. These imperfections are part of the item’s unique history and character, and they are not considered “defects” unless they significantly differ from our website description or provided photos. We strongly encourage careful inspection of all photos and descriptions before making a purchase.
