At 406 Worx Store, we are committed to getting your unique and vintage pieces to you safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our fulfillment process, delivery timelines, and shipping rates.
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to inspect, package, and prepare your order for shipment.
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (PST) on a business day will begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
Operating Days: Our fulfillment team operates from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer transparent, flat-rate shipping for all domestic orders within the United States. The estimated transit time begins after the 1 to 3 business day processing period is completed.

3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your specific location and the total weight of your package.
Estimated Transit Time: Generally 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs processing.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Any import taxes, customs duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), or other destination-related charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges vary significantly by country. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
4. Shipping Carriers & Origins
To ensure safe and efficient delivery, we partner with trusted shipping carriers. Depending on the destination, your order may be shipped via USPS, DHL Express, Australia Post, Canada Post, or other reliable local delivery partners.
To improve fulfillment efficiency and delivery speed, orders may be shipped from different fulfillment locations depending on product availability and your shipping destination. Your order may ship directly from our Kalispell, MT store, our Sacramento location, or from one of our trusted fulfillment partners.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, carrier information, and a link to track your package.
You can also track the status of your delivery at any time by visiting our Order Tracking Page at https://406worx.com/order-tracking/ or by entering your tracking number directly on the courier’s website. Please note that for some international destinations, tracking visibility may be limited once the package is transferred to a local delivery partner.
6. Address Accuracy & Lost Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. A complete address must include your full name, street address (including apartment or unit number, if applicable), city, state, ZIP/postal code, and a valid phone number for delivery coordination.
406 Worx Store is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost items due to incorrect, incomplete, or illegible address details provided by the customer at checkout.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window (or within 20–25 business days for delayed shipments), please contact us immediately with your order number and tracking information so we can assist you.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- Single Shipping Address: Each order can only be shipped to one delivery address. If you need items sent to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
- PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes within the United States, primarily utilizing USPS.
- APO/FPO Addresses: Delivery to military addresses may not be available for all products or via all carriers.
- Local Pickup: Local pickup is available at our physical locations. Please select this option at checkout or contact us directly to arrange a pickup time.
8. Damaged Items Upon Arrival
If your package arrives damaged or the item inside is defective due to transit mishandling, please take the following steps:
- Document the Damage: Take clear, well-lit photos of the damaged packaging and the item itself.
- Contact Us Immediately: Email us at support@406worx.com or call +1 (406) 607-0144 with the photos and your order number.
- Retain Packaging: Do not discard the original packaging or shipping materials, as the carrier may require an inspection.
- Resolution: We will work closely with you to arrange a prompt replacement or a full refund.
